Me talking to Ticketmaster help: Every time I try and buy a ticket it stops me in the middle every single time and locks me out of buying tickets. Is there anything I can do?  Ticketmaster help: nope. You’re fucked. Anything else?

Has anyone received their LA bts tickets by flashseats? It says they were suppose to be delivered the 31st but my friend and I havent gotten anything. Should we be concerned?
