Potential tickle sessions for summer!

Hello all, summer is coming up and with that means way more free time for me. Im aiming to having some sessions and putting it out for any switches or lees interested.

Im located in Southern California, can drive pretty much anyways in los angeles county including San Diego and fly to san Francisco.

If from another state, I may be willing to fly u over but after we discuss things.

I think it's interesting how skewed people's perspectives are of each other here in this community. From what I've seen, and who I've talked to, people have a wildly different idea of who I am versus who I really am.

I think people like the idea of sessioning with someone more than actually going through with it, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there is a process that needs to happen for it to feel right, or a leap-of-faith for it to even occur at all.

Lots of people on here think that you can just get what you want just by being bold, but it's way more than that. Well, with some people it would work, but I think the majority of us need to build a rapport with each other and really get to know each other first.

Some people charge for a session and that's all they need to do one, which is totally fine, it's just not my thing. I do it for the love of the game. I like to become friends and get super comfortable through conversations and perhaps activities outside of the kink before diving in, even if I have the idea of it potentially being really fun, there is a process of trust-building that has to happen first.

So even if I say it would be really fun to session, don't think I'm not going to try and see what type of person you are first. That especially goes for people who are super far away who want me to fly states away just to touch them and make them laugh. Sure, it could be fun, but it being a kink, the satisfaction is always fleeting. It becomes addicting and you end up wanting to feed it indefinitely. Which is cool, but I want it to mean something, or be special. Perhaps I'm weird for that in some people's eyes, but it can be a very intimate thing to tickle each other, so there are many layers to this kink and everyone is different.

Anyway, I just wanted to actually blog here for once and share some thoughts. I love tickling deeply, that will never change, and I'm grateful to the kind people I've met here, and perhaps I'll tickle you someday, but just know that I'm more complicated than what you may perceive and that, while I'm "experienced", it doesn't mean I'm some tickler who would just tickle anyone. I have the deep cravings to tickle just like all of you, but know that simply begging me in DMs isn't going to work out for you. I have to like you, and think you're safe and be attracted to your personality amongst other things.

like i will go to sooo many lengths for a couple seconds of tickles, for example:

-doing anything to get their attention

-showing skin and laying in vulnerable positions

-teasing them or tickling them yourself

-flinching extra hard when they come anywhere near your sides

-grabbing their hands to stop them in case they try something

and then again half the time it doesn’t work n there’s no tickles to be had

Tips when playing with a Ler IRL

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day after they had a session with someone new that ended up being less than perfect. It inspired me to write up some thoughts and advice.

I’ve noticed that a lot of Tops/Lers can get a bit over-confident about their abilities and feel like they know best and need to take charge, especially around a shy play partner. This can definitely help to move the process along and make things happen, compared to two shy people who might take a long time to build up to play. But the downside is that they might not realize the responsibility that goes with this power, and if they only ever play with shy people they might never get called out on their bad behaviour and learn to be better. Lers: keep this in mind and solicit feedback to improve your skills and help your Lee feel safe and satisfied. Lees: it’s important to speak up about your feelings when you feel safe to do so. It might take some time to get your thoughts in order, so it’s perfectly valid to talk about things days later.

Tops/Lers might assume that what worked for one partner in the past will work for everyone they play with. This is very wrong lol. Everyone I’ve played with has been different and required a fairly lengthy learning process to figure out what worked best for them and how to make it a good experience for them. In my experience, the more you play with someone the better it gets as long as there is open communication before and after the session to discuss the good and bad so things can get better. Lers/Lees: see point 1.

The Ler might have a fantasy in mind for how they want the session to go and don’t really mind pushing your boundaries to get what they want. It’s important to watch for this type of thing because this can be very dangerous. Lers: I can’t stress this enough - make your Lee’s safety/pleasure/satisfaction your top priority. Everything will go so much better and it will greatly increase your chances of getting to play together again. Lees: be on the lookout for this unsafe behaviour and call it out or stay away.

Anyone (but the Lees in particular) might feel super shy during the session and find it difficult to provide feedback in the moment. This doesn’t mean that they now have to keep those feelings to themselves. You are allowed to learn new things about yourself and establish new boundaries and provide feedback on the session after reflecting on it afterwards. Lers: your lee might initially say the session went well but then come back with suggestions on how it could have gone better afterwards. Listen to them and understand that it sometimes takes a while to get their thoughts in order or to build up the courage to provide feedback. Your job is to build a safe place for them to discuss these things with you. Lees: I absolutely think you should send all of your thoughts and concerns to your Ler after the session. If they take your message as constructive feedback and learn to be better than that is a really good sign that they are someone you’d want to play with again. If they get defensive and act negatively then that’s a big red flag to stay away and don’t play with them again.

I’m personally always a bit more cautious when playing with someone who is 100% Ler. If they don’t know what it’s like to be a Lee then it’s extra important to stand up for the things that make a Lee feel safe - a good Ler with know these things but it’s never safe to assume.

And finally - age is no guarantee of ability. Tumblr has been an amazing resource to learn safe bdsm practices and enthusiastic consent, but it’s important to remember that the community on tumblr didn’t exist for the older generation while they were growing up. The online tickling community catered to Ler’s fantasies for most of its history, and still does in many places. Lers: be aware of your biases/blind spots and solicit feedback, invite the safeword, and be extra cautious when playing with a new play partner. Lees: don’t rely on your Ler to know all of this stuff. They absolutely should, but it’s unsafe to assume.

Hi friends! After having a few amazing sessions with people, I wanted to talk about some aspects tickling and sessions that really important....drop and after care.

Please note that aftercare and drop are different for everyone. I'm just explaining the terms to help people understand them better . It's also very important to know this can apply to lers AND lee's

What is drop?

Ever hang out with a friend or significant other and be sad when it's over ? How about have a great conversation with a friend and end up missing their presence when they're gone? If so , you may have an idea what drop feels like.

In short, drop is the coming down period from a tickling experience. It often involves missing the feeling of tickles/closeness, the person you played with or both. Some people have described it as coming down from a high or having a deep drained or sad. It is extremely common after tickle sessions

It's important to note that everyone deals with drop differently and some people don't drop at all , which is ok! Drop isn't inherently a bad thing. But it's very important that drop is communicated between all parties involved when it happens. It can have long lasting effects of not dealt with.

Simply put...talk to your partner! Ask how they're doing, mention how fun or enjoyable the session was! Giving reassurance and keeping in contact with your partner is imperative to dealing with drop. Remember, communication is key!

The biggest thing you can do to deal with drop, is to provide good after care.

What is after care?

In short, after care is making sure your partner is ok after the tickling experience is over .

(Keep in mind its always important to make sure your partner is ok , AC specifically deals with after the experience though!)

Tickling sessions and interactions betwen two people who enjoy it, can be a very intimate experience. It can make people feel vulnerable because of the degree of involved. People can experience a wide wake of emotions during play, so it's important to make sure they're ok!

Everyone has different needs when it comes to aftercare and its important they're discussed beforehand. For example, i want some form of cuddling and physical touch afterwords, as well as reassurance my partner enjoyed the session.

It's extremely important that aftercare is given to you if you need it. Not receiving AC can have a very negative impact on people long term and good AC is the best way to deal with drop .

Communicate with your partner! Ask how they feel, how the experience was and if there is anything that they want to do or talk about. Stay in contact with them after the experience and make sure they're doing ok! It's also very important to note that lers can drop too and that making sure they get aftercare, if they need is important.

Always remember that communication is key and never be afraid to express any needs you may have. Happy playing! <3

Just wanted to make an appreciation post for @thesoftestler after we met and played together. It was the first time that I’d ever met someone to have a session purely from the lee side, and I do have some boundaries, particularly re. the verbals - basically no name-calling, insults, humiliation or degradation. In order for me to relax into the role of the lee, it needs to feel like a non-judgmental space in which I can laugh and react naturally with no chance of being mocked for it either in the moment or afterwards. The way I summarise it is usually that “aww, look how ticklish your XYZ is, poor thing” would be wonderful, welcome and appreciated while something like “you pathetic little bitch” would cause me to stop the session.

Kels’ blog and beautifully written posts appeared to channel that aesthetic perfectly, in fact it seemed to be her default setting, and the IRL experience more than lived up to her words. In what was her first ever proper session, she was exemplary from a care, listening and safety standpoint, and a natural when it came to tickling me (dear God she was relentless 😱). The atmosphere she created from the beginning was playful, affectionate, praise-heavy and extremely teasy. Kels’ piercing, intense blue eyes and low purring voice with a distinctive accent (I won’t say which accent because it’d narrow down her location) were effective “ler weapons” before she even touched me! Finally, when I was all tickled out, she gave me beautiful aftercare cuddles.

We meant to record some play for you guys, but were honestly having too much fun to faff around with camera angles etc, and decided to keep our first session purely for ourselves. We hope to do it again before long though, so maybe there’ll be some little clips for you guys to see at some point down the line 😅
