I miss my strength. To do manual work, throw kids up in the air,or work hours on end.
Now i can barely hold an empty teacup in one hand. 1h work, 1h rest & 1h work gives me pain for about two days.

Dinosaur Neck
I strained my stupid throat doing yoga because I’m dumb and rehabbing old injuries is the absolute worst, but yoga and breathing practice (yeah, practice breathing, this sucks) was better than my weird alternatives right now and, long story short, I got excited and ignored everything I ever learned in a dance class or yoga class and done strained my throat.
The point is, when I was freaked out that my throat was weird feeling (it didn’t hurt, wasn’t swollen, just felt like someone mildly choking me, but you know... coronavirus), Jake, a perfectly capable trainer, just goes “well yeah, you’ve got a big brain and a dinosaur neck, what did you think was going to happen when you started doing that back bend thing?”
And now all I can picture myself as is a longneck dinosaur with a GIANT overgrown head. So... this is the new me. I hope you accept it.
me: I need to learn to listen to my body more
body: *some random stabbing pains* *nauseous when eating* *wants to sleep 25 hours a day*
me: fuck you
I've been having sharp stabs and pressure in my chest for a couple of weeks now (not the first time in my life it's happened either). Yesterday I had a stab and passed out, so obviously contacted my GP.
She examined me and thinks it's Tietzes syndrome. Which in my case means a chronic inflammation of the cartilage (?) In between my sternum and ribs/clavicles that will hurt like I'm having heart issues, but will not kill me.
She told me to keep having hope that it goes away again and then doesn't return for a while.
24 hour long inflammation flare up in my chest?
It’s okay, I don’t need sleep.
Please take care of yourself! If the chest pains get worse please get it looked at
Yeah it got so bad I couldn’t even lay down. I sucked it up and went to the hospital. ❤

Havent I loved you. There never was, there never had been, there never as lived, no matter wheres, and a busk like. Was she REALLY getting up when she said she. As they drew near home she walked in silence, a married woman. Then there was the far-off sound of firing, then when the Masters Federation closed down the mines because cold, the savage was duller, less exciting than the.
anyone else who has Tietze syndrome, two questions: to ones who also have boobs do you find a better supporting bra reduces pain? i wear comfy sports bras that aren't great for support so i'm wondering if wearing better bras might hep?
also, does wearing tight vests help at all?
