The college process awakens feelings repressed for years. Painful memories, that I did not want to think about. Things I only remember because of an obscure photograph. it takes me back to my childhood. But looking back, it seemed much simpler. I didn't appreciate it in the same way. I feel kind of like a broken doll, hidden away. Or the pieces of me do. I was such a weird kid. I would touch worms and snakes. It was nothing to me. I wanted to be a geologist when I was six. Then a ballerina, a popstar, an actress on broadway, a flautist. And now I want to be a chemical engineer. What eight year old kid listens to Joni Mitchell?
