To say that Martha got the same treatment as Rose and Donna is fundamentally delulu. You don't have to like her character, we're all entitled to our opinions, but she definitely got treated differently by the doctor, the writers and unfortunately the audience due to a combination of racism and an over attachment to Rose and Billie Piper.
I'm glad these days she appears to be getting her flowers 🌺
