Was rereading the comics and thinking about how there were big moments in till's life which included his most important people. Being separated from his mother. running away beneath the meteors with ivan, and watching mizi get on stage against sua , along with watching her finally hold him after being shot.
but till reaching out during r6 after Ivan was shot - i know people online and elsewhere debated that till was kicking and screaming as they dragged him away, but i truly believe he couldn’t come to terms to what happened. Not fully present as he was lead away from the stage but he was reaching out, as if that could help, as if ivan wasn't finally out of reach. also the way the guard almost seems to be leaning down to check ivan, considering his vitals weren't exactly hit it makes sense; but i want to make it clear Ivan’s actions did negatively impact till, and even if that wasn’t intended, it still is a result of what ivan did. and i think the comic shows it so very well.
