Mimi Blouse. I made a blouse from Tilly's book, was excited to see her sample after I made it at the Knitting and Stitching show too! I've had this fabric for a while now, bought it at Walthamstow market last summer, just because I liked it. It takes a bit of fabric and I only had a metre, but made the facings and the underside of the collar from another navy fabric, so that worked out ok. I also had red buttons left over from a dress I made a while back- perfect. Worn it to work a couple if times tucked into a pencil skirt, think it will look better when it's warm enough to loose the cardi. Have plans to make more, but next time I'll try the smallest size and I also want to try one with a higher neckline too. I like the little details on the sleeve and the gathers near the top too, just cute little features.
