I had a dream that I was playing a PS2 era Soulslike where you've been hired to enter a scary monster castle to find and rescue a baby that was kidnapped for some nefarious reason. And, to be fair, I had actually found said baby, but the thing is you can't just hold him in your inventory.

No, you have to walk around the scary monster castle holding a baby, with your weapons put away, and you have to move slow and stop every once in a while to gently rock and bounce him, or he'll start crying and the whole castle will come out to murder you. And if you do draw a weapon, you drop the baby. Needless to say, I had put the little diaper soiler down somewhere I decided was safe enough. Instead of continuing with the forced stealth infant care escort mission through monster hell, I had spent most of my time taking candid photos of the mutated humanoid enemies – because that was a thing. More skin and tumors showing, the better, because - and I quote myself in the dream - “These are gonna be worth money, later.” For evidence, right? Scientific research? I don't know, but I do know my friend who also played the game looked at me funny when he saw my save file. Imagine my shock when I load up said file, and immediately upon loading my character the screen fades to black and the text “BABE OUT” ominously displays, before booting me back to the title screen. It was so vague and sudden I was tilted IRL even after the dream ended.

So, yeah, I dreamed I played a game where I lost because I spent too much time being a monster pornographer and not enough time taking care of a baby I casually left to fend for itself.
