Nice #tilthydrometer integration into #brewfatherapp showing a very nice correlation of temp and yeast activity in my newest brew. Did undershoot gravity a lot so it will be a light 4.5% summer hazy neipa. Showing my new #tilthydrometer in yesterday’s batch, going off very violently with the 5 wyeast smackpacks, already far through primary. I like the tilt integration into Brewfather. Very easy setup and clean integration. Thumbs up! i will test accuracy with later batches that are lower in density so my spindles work. Watch how high temperature rises... I have no cooling possibility so I just let nature work and think those are ales, brewed in times where no cooling was available, so why worry?
