‘Girl Meets World’ Star Danielle Fishel Takes a Quiet Divorce From Tim Belusko
Danielle Fishel, star of Girl Meets World, has decided to go separate ways from her salesman husband after being married to him for two years. The divorce was filed quietly so it did not gain much attention.
Danielle Fishel, 35, is a popular face on Girl Meets World. According to People, last year, Fishel filed a divorce from Tim Belusko, her husband of two years.
In 2013, the actress married Belusko, 27 in a short wedding ceremony in downtown Los Angeles.
Fishel who initially started working as a child actor became famous on Boy Meets World in the role of Topanga Lawrence. When she initially met her husband who was a craft-beer salesman, she was hesitating as he was younger to her. But she then realized that he was mature for his age and the age gap did not matter at all.
Even E! Online has confirmed that this star of Girl Meets World had filed for a divorce on October 23, 2015, at Orange County in California. It seems that it was an uncontested one and got finalized in March this year. The couple succeeded in keeping the news under wraps for many months.
Apparently, a tattoo on Tim Belusko’s calf caught her attention and the romance bloomed from there on. Fishel had said that though she was not overly fond of tattoos but somehow she loved it.
Danielle Fishel and Tim Belusko had first met when the actress was doing a course at California State University in Fullerton. Apparently she gave Belusko tuition in Mathematics. The duo had an engagement after dating for over 3 years. Fishel plays Mom to Riley Mathews (Rowan Blanchard) in Girl Meets World.
Girl Meets World was premiered in June 2014 and has recently been renewed for a third season. Fishel had earlier dated Lance Bass, a former member of ‘N Sync from 1999 to 2000.
