Simple background practice starring Group 2 shenanigans.
What threw Champion into a tree? I have no idea, but it's funny nonetheless. Probably something big though.

CIRCUS BOY YOUVE DONE IT AGAIN
I just finished watching episode 24, “the lady and the circus,” this is absolutely the GAYEST EPISODE SO FAR.
What do you mean we’re calling the circus a “she,” and calling her the other woman Tim loves? What do you mean a man like Tim should have a wife, children and a business, like Joey, corky and the circus? What do you mean when they put the rings on, Joey HAD to be in frame for it? What do you mean when they announced their marriage the first ones to be shocked were Joey and corky? His wife and kid? His family??
Yes, Tim champions family is the circus. But not the business, no, the circus stands in for Joey and corky. That’s his circus and that’s his family.
PLEASE WHY WAS JOEY SO SAD IN FRAME AT THE END !?!
2 more little doodles of Champion and Mask!
Congrats to the guessers! (before Group 3 was posted lmao)

Doodle of Group 2:
Wind, Twi, and Champion!

Champion is a little closer to the camera (literally, he's holding the Sheikah Slate) so that's kind of why he looks taller than he should. I am just okay at perspective, and this wasn't super obvious so I wanted to mention it.
This? This is the chaos group...for the most part. Twi keeps the two of them in check and honestly, he's really the only Link who really can consistently. His more serious attitude also has a fun time clashing against the duo wanting to just explore and find new things.
Picori really isn't much of a fan of Champion, but more in a disappointed friend or parent sort of way rather than an active dislike.
Maybe they can learn to get along once the initial culture shock of learning how Champion does things settles down.
just a random thought, has Champion ever casually mentioned breaking the Master Sword and her just responding back into his gear after a period of time since Fi is the only sword that he can't permanently break in botw
Oh don't worry, he's lucky he met other Links BEFORE meeting Sky.
Sometimes the others make random assumptions or try to tease Twi about being a wolf.
Their teases seem to act more like he's got the temperament of a house dog, when he's more of a farm guard dog on duty 85% of the time.
Champion is surprisingly and unsurprisingly one of the best Links when it comes to dealing with grief long term (short term/in the moment? different story). Because of this, he tries to be a smile for those around him who aren't able to themselves.
He knows what it's like to grieve alone, he doesn't want anyone else to go through that.
(I genuinely accidentally stumbled on a song that reminded me so much of Champion I got the urge to draw this. Song was Eternity by Alex Warren if anyone wants to look it up. If I ever get the energy to do an animatic, this is on my list lmao)
