So with that all out of the way, what is Tethered in Myth about?

Tethered in Myth is a Links Meet AU about 11 Links (+ Ravio) getting sent to a version of Hyrule with no heroes left. Will they be able to stop the threats in this world? How will they all handle meeting and having the backs of other reincarnations? How will the Links feel about being forced to play the hero again? Let's find out! 👍
TiM will have cursing, violence, and a lot of darker themes. I will be placing warnings if it is needed for certain posts!
TiM is also very queer and LGBTQ+ so if you aren't into that, this isn't the place for you. We don't tolerate hate speech here.
Link x Link is allowed but TiM itself will not feature any. Please be mindful of character ages (Wind is the only minor at 17) or relations (Mask and Twi are related as an example).

We are not Linked Universe, but we understand that sometimes people don't tag re-blogs correctly on accident or because they don't know about the specific Links Meet. Don't worry about it if you accidentally tag us as LU or any other Links Meet, there is a lot, and it is very easy to get confused/mixed up.
If we are re-blogged more than once on a post as LU however, I will edit the tags to specify it's not just to stop the confusion. ❤️
Is it ok to say that Tethered is what finally got me to decide to play the 8 bit games to love the Links more? And wanting to get and play the first Hyrule Warriors?

I am not in the Links Meet Discord. I've seen the occasional post about a discord existing but I haven't joined any mostly out of being busy and fighting an introverted brain
I'm not super social outside of my circles so I tend to not to join too many communities, but I have considered joining one for Links Meets eventually
you don't have to answer, but, I was wondering if you have a place for Tri Force Heroes and Cadence of Hyrule since I have noticed none of the Links have those games listed, or left them out for a reason? Just curious and hoping I don't come off as judgmental

I do actually have Tri Force Heroes versions of Link in my head, but I've never given them full designs or much thought outside of personality basics and names. I call them Figment, Canvas, and Ballad. There's been consideration to maybe make a joke side blog for them if I get less busy, but I'm not sure when that could happen.

To talk about the games that got cut in general though:
Certain games were cut because I either hadn't played them yet, have complicated feelings on said game + it's lore, or couldn't find a way of adding them without increasing my workload significantly.
Tri Force Heroes was originally cut because I did not want to add it to Oracle (It didn't fit his character), but I also did not want to add another Link that is more than one Link. This is also why we have Four Swords, but not Four Swords Adventures. It's a workload issue mostly, otherwise I would've loved to add them.
Cadence of Hyrule is unfortunately a game I still need to pick up and play at some point, so it wasn't added to the list of games. 😭
I know it's been a little obvious, but I've been having some motivation issues regarding the project. I have been working on world building and story stuff in the background, but it's slowed and I have writer's block for TiM right now. I've been working on other projects to keep my creativity going 😭
I'm going to be taking the project on a small hiatus (I'm not sure how long it'll last) until the motivation hits again and I have content to give to everyone again. I love my boys to bits and I want to make sure that their story eventually gets told
Asks will still be open regardless and I will answer them, I just can't convince my brain to work on the story right now.
While I'm gone, please show the other links meets in the community some love! They are doing some wonderful work 💕💕
