Tripping Daisy - Brown-Eyed Pickle Boy

Tripping Daisy are probably best known as the first band of Tim DeLaughter who went on to form The Polyphonic Spree. Tripping Daisy are interesting both as a precursor to later work but also as a dialogue between a group of young Texas folks and the music industry.

This song is from their first release. Later they were given more of a push to conform to American genre norms, but here they have made something that is as redolent of late 60s Britain as it is of early 90s Texas.
