It's....(thump, thump) CONDO time!
You know what, throughout this whole "financial meltdown" fiasco, condos have taken a huge hit. Some of these guys are down over 50% of where they were at at the height of the market (ohhh, the good ol' days). And now, what you have left (as you look out over the battle ground), we have some damn near free condos!
So, with interest rates being at or below 4.0% (thats right kids, 4%), its officially cheaper to buy a condo than to rent an apartment. You can quote me on that...officially.
Now, NORMALLY, I do one house or condo in these posts...but today, and only today, will you get 2, yes 2 condo that are the best damn deal in town. Kiddee up, let's take a look!
Here to your left is a beautiful representation of a great, inexpensive condo on Queen Anne here in Seattle (yup, thats Queen Anne I said)....and what you dont see (thanks to these AWESOME photos that were taken with a camera phone), is that this bank owned condo has a view!
For just $179,900, you can get this 2 bedroom, 869sqft condo with views of Lake Union. And, I would guess you could pick up the condo closer to $150K, but thats just me.
