MAY 14, 2019 - Attorneys for two former Beta Theta Pi fraternity brothers asked Centre County Judge Brian Marshall to prohibit Jim and Evelyn Piazza from making prejudicial statements about their sons death before the trial. Timothy Piazza died at Beta Theta Pi in State College.
