In case anyone wants my personal opinion, I think Tim Treloar does a very good Third Doctor impression.
I drew a scene from near the beginning of Storm of the Horofax. The Doctor is worried because his Jo is sick, but NOBODY tells Josephine Grant to stay in bed… even if she really should.
