Along with the Doctor, The Master has historically been Genderfluid due to the power of regeneration being random and thus fluid. Deciding to go as the Mistress instead of The Master when she had changed.

I am sure there are other depictions of the Master being Queer in some other sort of way but Historically the Master hasn't shown any romantic interests outside the Doctor or power and im not sure those fall under any umbrella terms other than D/s 🫢
