This article, from Jan/Feb issue of Outside Magazine, touches all aspects of eating....vegetarian vs omnivore, local vs food miles, organic vs conventional. Most articles only address one issue at a time, which always leaves me asking....."but what about...." This is worth reading, in my opinion.
