This is very possibly the last bit of shippy pictures I have at this point. Very close to the end of my backlog pictures overall! Man I drew a lot for this series.

“Staying Grounded” -- Idea from back when things were ramping up for season 1. Just thinking about relationship dynamics and visual contrasts between “earth” and “sky,” etc.

“Mister Popular” -- Part of the first series of Valentine’s Day pictures I did during season 1. Parody of the classic Archie Comics covers, only one where everyone’s good with sharing.

I honestly wonder why so many people hate SciFlash over SciSet and TimberTwi, throwing it out the window without giving it a full chance. To me, SciSet and TimberTwi are just as problematic. 

Sci-Twi x Sunset Shimmer IS actually a wonderful pair because they have a lot of things alike and they're a good support system. However, let's be real here. Out of the 3 pairs, SciSet is the least to happen because of controversy. It's a show that's meant to be for kids and homophobic/biphobic parents won't like it. As much as I (or anybody else) wants these girls to be canon, it most likely won't be. 

As for TimberTwi, I do think it’s kind of cute and they do seem to be happy together (not to mention they do seem to have a few things alike), but I prefer SciFlash over it because I feel it was a little too rushed and Sci-Twi seems ooc around Timber Spruce. Also, they only seem to be canon just to prove the fact that Sci-Twi and Princess Twilight are different people. With SciFlash, it seems more...natural. 

Ok, I get it. Flash has gotten over his crush on Princess Twilight Sparkle, he only liked Sci-Twi because she looks like the "girl" he once liked and the two Twilights are different people. However, it means Flash only liked Sci-Twi because she's the Princess's counterpart, that doesn't mean he will never like her for more than that. Flash is a smart boy, I think he can realize to difference once he starts to hang out with her. 

If people just look past those facts, Sci-Twi and Flash are not that bad for a possible couple. But NOPE. I can state all of the reasons why SciFlash can be a nice and healthy ship and people still won’t ship it. I'm not saying that people don't have the right to, but I just feel like sometimes some fans always underestimating the ship and look down on others for shipping it. Is it really that bad?
