Since it's still the month of April, I'll tell you what will happen 26 years into the future: April 2042 shall mark the 200th anniversary of the day that in April 1842, Sir Richard Owen coined the term 'dinosaur'. And being the dinosaur-obsessed guy (and amateur paleontologist) that I am, since I have done a WHOLE lot of research on dinosaurs, in the name of all dinosaur lovers and dinosaur enthusiasts, whether in America, Britain, or anywhere else, I just can't wait to celebrate!

Le gasp! Well, he wanted to make an action show and experiment a bit with a cinematographic feeling.

He liked the Samurai fighting style, so he made a show about a samurai, although the original idea was of bounty hunters. His passion for action and serious plots had been from ever since he was a little kid, and maybe it was but until he started thinking of cartoons as a serious career that he started to get into wacky child shows, like the Looney Tunes.

He had experimented with his successful project Dexter's Laboratory and creative producer of the PowerPuff Girls, and he was lucky to be trusted enough to have a green light on his project. He had a challenge on his hands to make a show with as much action as his young audience target allowed, and that could be enjoyed by older audience as well.

Samurai Jack was a master piece of creativity. The way they would come up with episode ideas by grabbing keywords from a potluck and writing something around that, allowing the artists to develop the story visually, and the fact that they embraced "Silence is Golden" and "A picture speaks a thousand words" to absorb the audience into paying attention to the environment was simply outstanding! One show deserving of the 6 Emmy Nominations and 4 winnings.

Tim, I'm a thousand percent aware that you know all of this, but I understand you because it is always fun to talk about your idol, and having people talk about your favorite stuff.
