Why does the Time Registry Division still do everything on paper when other divisions (Investigation Division, Finance Division, etc) mostly do everything digitally?? To be clear, I am NOT blaming Baguette Cookie for this. I get it, the system's been this way for a while, and it would be work to change it, but I spent like an HOUR today trying to find a specific time record. TRD couldn't find it. Nothing in the archives. Felt like an idiot. Usually when this happens some Cookie who knows the place better like immediately finds it and makes me feel blind but today no one had any idea where it was and then finally someone was like "oh I think that record is in the Director's Office right now." Director's Office was locked. Later found out that one of the TRD employees tried to find it on her own and also failed and after all of this nonsense the Director finally shows up to announce that they took care of everything already. Would've been nice to know that earlier.
