Dawns New Light
In light of the recent events @iscreaminternallyalot this is what I have pulled together for you, hopefully, it will give you, and all the rest of us a little softness to ease the pain in our hearts.

"Jin, Jin!"
Somewhere in the distance there came a familiar voice, it reminded him of home, someplace warm and welcoming.
"Jin, please wake up! You can't go, tell Mange I'm not ready!"
Somewhere else another voice growled out almost inaudible, "He can't hear you, we need to go, I'll grab his arms. Grab his legs."
-
He must have died and gone someplace good, why else would everything be so soft, so warm. It was never like this when he had been living, there had been no delicious smells, no soft humming, and certainly no gentle hands. Hands that softly shook his body, swaying it this way and that as a familiar voice filled his ears, "Jin, lunch is getting cold, and it looks like it's going to rain."
Carefully he peeled each eye open to take in the full beaming figure that was none other than Toga. Bewilderment flittered across his face before everything began to come back to him, they were safe here now. A brilliant smile split his face as he pulled the blonde into an awkward hug, nearly throwing himself backwards out of the hammock he had been dozing in.
Toga had always thought of Jin as one of her best, if only, friends. He never judged her for who she was, and when things had been hard the man had never hesitated to be there for her, it was why when she had found him all those years ago buried under the rubble she had refused to let him go. "Nightmares again Jin?" She questioned softly, twisting herself as best she could half in and out of the hammock precariously poised to swim out from under her. Feeling him tense up around her, Toga gave a soft sigh, patting his arms calmly. It happened from time to time, he would wake up not knowing where he was, but it never seemed to bother him in the long run. "Let's have lunch and do face masks."
"Self-care is very important young Himiko!" Twice mocked cheerfully, miming one of those ridiculous commercials from the TV. Sometimes it was hard to believe things had changed so much, just as strangely as they had come, quirks had vanished. The whole world had changed in just a snap of a finger, no one knew why and no one knew how, some speculated it had been someone's quirk. Releasing the girl from his grasp, the man marvelled at how she had grown in the past few years. "What's for lunch?"
-
Jin wondered if it would always feel awkward, being able to walk among people like some normal stranger. As if he hadn't been one of the most wanted villains in Japan just a few years ago. Hoisting a bundle of paper grocery bags, he never imagined he would be listening to the familiar rambles of a girl as they returned to their shared home. He never pictured sitting cross-legged on a bare floor, casually letting Toga smear green seaweed mask over his skin. "Let's go to the mall tomorrow Twice, Jin. Sorry."
Toga sometimes slipped up, they always forgave her, it was so hard, she had been living her life in such a specific way for so long. Sometimes she could forget that things hadn't always been like this, that they hadn't always been safe. Almost three years ago, all existence of heroes and villains vanished alongside quirks. Buildings evaporated or were replaced with similar ones that served no function for its prior purpose. Many people were left in outrage, confusion and chaos had clutched the whole world as experts searched for a reason for it all, amidst all that cacophony and discovered the league had simply slipped out of existence. Finding Jin had been a high priority, and surprisingly when they had snuck back to their most recent hole they found a rather confused, and peeved, Shigaraki.
"It's okay Toga, I'm not ashamed. We're safe now, nobody is ever going to hurt us again." Jin meant it, he would never let anything happen to his little family, never again.

Slapping a low five to the vastly different person Dabi had become, Jin couldn't help but be awestruck at how so much damage had been undone. Years of quirk use, vanished, all of it just gone, even Shigaraki boasted soft spongey flesh. It may have also had something to do with the new diet they had all taken on, with the change of life they had adopted, they could work jobs.
They could live normal, easy, life.
Walking the younger woman from the front door to the cab, Jin held open the door for the ex-villain, beaming happily to mirror her expression. "Have a good day at the mall, try to stay out of trouble!" Shifting the pair waved gleefully toward the smirking man waving them off from the front door of their countryside cabin. It was a long drive, but he didn't mind, slipping into the backseat next to Toga he gave a final wave before pulling the door shut. The ride had been filled with fun games of ISpy, silly puzzles, and amusing would you rather from Toga. On occasion, even the driver got involved, laughing with the pair as if they truly did belong.
Cheering, Toga bounded through the open floor plan of the mall, "Com'mon, I want to get a new dress and I heard that there is a sale happening." The fair-haired woman, turned on her heels swinging around her purse happily. She wanted to make the world easier to live in, but she never guessed she would ever actually see that day, and here she was, here they were.
Chuckling, the dirty blonde let the more energetic youth drag him off, more than happy to carry her shopping bags.

Resting her carefully into her own bed, Jin gave a tender smile. Toga had never looked more peaceful in her slumber than she did now. With no more looming threat, they all slept better, sleepless nights were easier to burden, and paranoia levels had clearly declined drastically around their home. Gingerly, he unwound the bands and clips she used to decorate her hair, letting loose the ever-familiar hairstyle she had always sported, he didn't want her to get a headache from pulling her hair back for so long. Checking the glass of water he had left on her side table, he straightened the Tylenol packet she would surely need. The girl could drink with the best of them, and when you intermixed karaoke with it she could easily turn into a fish. Patting her head one final time, Jin pulled the blankets over Togas drooling form, a content smile spread across his face.
They were finally
