time suckers

3 years ago I didn’t have the internet or cable.  I was so efficient.  I got things done.  I studied my Bible.  I read all the time.  But then I got strep throat and my mom came to take care of me and she got bored and ordered cable for me.  And as I pointed out to her, if I’m going to pay for cable then I want a dvr so I don’t miss all the really good stuff.  That was the beginning of the end for me.

Then I got married and Paul cannot live without the internet.  And now I don’t know how I lived without it either.  And BloggingWorld, how did you manage without me??

But right now I have four days of BSF homework to catch up on and I somehow find myself running between the office to check everyone’s facebook status and the living room to watch last weeks Grey’s Anatomy.  In between there somewhere I’m folding laundry that should have been folded earlier, but I had other things to do (like watch Clean House and download videos from youtube).

So here I am, blogging about all the things I need to be doing instead of actually doing them.  Something’s not right here!
