Sometimes it’s given to us through grief or sickness. But what these moments give us is that chance to remember what is really important. What you are working towards and why. I talk about “why” because it’s such a key part in giving you the motivation to do what you need to in order to get the results. That could be a tidy house and more family adventures, It could be getting visible in your business you connect with the right people who need your work. It could be to start work on that legacy that you really want to leave. So if you find yourself in one of these pauses. Take the time to journal what comes in and what you want to let go.
