We are all busy... If you wait until you "find the time" to start, you likely never will. . The only way I could create time to pursue my fitness goals was by getting up at 4am to go put the work in. It's a priority for me to see my little ones off to school each morning; and I work full-time. This meant I had to create new habits to support my goals. For me, it was going to sleep and getting up earlier. I won't sugar coat it... The first couple weeks were hard. But after that, my internal clock adjusted and I began to wake up right before my alarm. Now I never even give it a second thought. It's just a normal part of what I do. The rare days I don't get up and go (due to the gym being closed for a holiday or the rare times I am sick) are now the hard ones. . I post these to my story every morning (usually with some bomb ass music) to share my consistent effort. 👍🏻. .
