Hi! Weird question: is it okay if I post some of your art (with credit) to the Life By You reddit? They’re making a new life sim game, and I want to entice them to include wheelchairs (and hopefully other mobility aids) in the base game, and I think some cute art could go a long way to convincing people.

All of your time travel thoughts are why I ardently hold to the headcanon that ChibiUsa isn't in her own timeline's past, but instead accidentally created an alternate timeline when she used the time key and the dimension she comes from is deeply alternate to the future our senshi will create.

It's called "Made in Abyss" and I know nothing about it other than, "I loved Madoka and also this" and "be warned its sometimes disappointing in That Anime Way"
(In case you're still in a mood to answer questions): I've really wanted to figure out how to put together a campaign for a magical girl ttrpg for a long time. I've found some people have made, but most lean towards Madoka/grimdark in tone, and I want something lighter. More like "take the characters you made when you were 11 in your school notebook, now they're a team!" - Is there a system you would recommend for that amount freedom that still is balanced and easily followable?
You could give OVA a spin. It’s basically a spiritual successor to Big Eyes, Small Mouth, which is in turn a generic version of the official Sailor Moon RPG from back in the day, so there’s a pretty direct line between your source material and the kind of game you’re looking for. The only major issue you might run into is that it recommends “zero sum” character creation by default, i.e., all of your abilities have to be balanced out by an equal number of drawbacks, which tends to lead to player characters with long lists of psychological hangups. For your purposes, you might find the optional “Power Ceiling” rules more to your liking (you’ll find them on page 21).
(The Sailor Moon RPG itself is another option, of course, though it’s been out of print for nearly 20 years and is not available in PDF via legitimate channels. I’m normally not one to condone piracy, but given that the publisher went out of business in 2006 due to gross mismanagement, and also the owner personally defrauded me - long story! - it wouldn’t break my heart in this case.)
