The wisdom of God is demonstrated clearly in this verse. I think part of the reason we have so many health problems, mental illness and broken families is society is too busy and forgets to rest. In my household I try to keep things as low key as possible. I do not shop because there’s nothing I really need. My next goal is to try to stay off social media and spend more time with my kids.
