Throwback to 25 pounds lighter earlier this year. Most were packed on Oct to Now. Its okie though, sometimes a break is needed mentally, emotionally and physically. Bren and I start our d'fluff phase Monday. Now that we have enjoyed our holiday eats and lots of snacks(clearly🐽🐽🐽) Back to meal preps, macros and weights.
