!! New Wine !! Il 10 agosto invece di una stella cadente si avvisterà una stella nascente! 💫 Il nostro nuovo vino EGO rinfrescherà questa estate torrida con i suoi particolari sapori e profumi. Un Cortese fatto ripassare sulle bucce del Timorasso per dargli quella grinta in più che completa l’esperimento. E di sicuro.. ego ne ha! 😉 — info tecniche: il mosto del cortese privato delle bucce viene messo a fermentare sulle bucce del Timorasso per tutto il tempo della fermentazione alcolica. Viene poi separato e messo ad affinare sulle fecce fini in acciaio per 8 mesi. Imbottigliato dopo l’ultimo travaso in primavera. — #newwine #cortese #timorasso !! New Wine !! August 10th instead of a shooting star we will see a raising star ⭐️ our new wine EGO will refresh this baking hot summer with its particular flavors and perfumes. A Cortese wine that has been put in maceration with the Timorasso grape skins in order to give more grit to it and complete the experiment! And .. for sure.. it has got enough Ego 😉 — detailed info: the must of cortese (without the skins) has been put in maceration with the Timorasso grapes’skins during the whole fermentation process; afterwards the skins has been removed and the wine stayed on its lees for 8 months in steel tanks. Oggi vi parlo di questo meraviglioso vino che si produce con un vitigno che per fortuna è stato salvato da una fine indecorosa: il Timorasso. Ci troviamo in Piemonte, patria di grandi tradizioni e analoghi vini. Più in particolare nella zona dei colli Tortonesi dove la azienda biodinamica @andreatirellivini produce con grande rispetto per il territorio vini incredibili. Come questo Derthona. Un bianco che per struttura e capacità di invecchiamento può essere paragonato ad un rosso. Il Derthona appare di un colore quasi aranciato con sentori di frutta candita, fieno e tanta mineralità. La nota ossidativa (da cui il colore) lo impreziosisce ulteriormente. In bocca la frutta ritorna tutta anzi, aumenta aggiungendo note di mandarino. Si percepisce una dolcezza che non è stucchevole ma elegante. Fresco e sapido con una ottima persistenza. Tannini gentili, quasi eleganti e finale mandorlato. Lascia una bella bocca che invoglia a berlo più e più volte. L’ho abbinato ad un parmigiano 36 mesi e il risultato è stato significativo.
