Benedict Cumberbatch is creeped out by fans who think his real life is a PR stunt.

Sound familiar? Yes, there are conspiracy theorists who are fans of Benedict Cumberbatch who won’t accept that his wife and child are real. He’s not exactly thrilled with these fans.
I’m blogging this because the SamCait extreme (tinhat) shippers were pretending once again to be “regular shippers” as they descended today as a mob to bully Àdhamh Ó Broin into silence because he dared to express his opinon about shipping (actually “tinhatting,” but that distinction wasn’t made to him). I’m so tired of these bullies harassing people into silence and then claiming they are the victims. Anyway, they seem to think that no one at the star/cast/ crew/ production level of entertainment in other fandoms is ever bothered by what tinhatters or their equivalents do. They should think again.
