yeaaa hmmmm idk but on the bright side that would give the system a sense of parenthood
old age would just be when the robots start to malfunction and are deemed unfit for the public and are stowed away in robot homes until they basically destroy themselves. robots would just have one parent, which is the carrier. and maybe carriers would have to be in service for x amount of years and after y amount of years they "die".
y would equal the life span of a human in the present. (70-100 earth years, considering by the time this would take place we would have colonized other worlds)
humans would probably live to around 200 or 250 since im thinking the year 2500 as the earliest
