I was talking about short stories yesterday. So here is my favourite collection of the year (maybe all-time) from @tinder_press . - - Each story in ‘What it means when a man falls from the sky’ by Leslie Arimah has a distinct flavour and each one could stand on its own as a perfect story. Leslie surprises you, be it with her characters, structure or writing style. Each story has a different dominant element that makes this a stupendous collection. - - This is a book that I definitely want to write a longer review for. I haven’t got the time for it yet. But it will definitely go up before the end of the year. You can see for yourselves the markings I made in the index page beside the story titles. It isn’t often that you see a collection of short stories that you give a full 5 ⭐️! I don’t think I have given any short story collection five stars in the last five years. And this one truly deserves it. - - No questions for you today. But please add this book to your TBR. Will you? (Ah! I fooled you.
