The Moment I got my life back.

I went to bed the night of my last attack (Jan. 2012) Both ears so full, roaring so loud I could not hear my husband with out him shouting directly in my ear. I pulled out my 2 hearing aids which seemed useless. I cried as I fell asleep thinking "It has finally happened. I am now completely deaf." Morning came and I was wakened by the sound of an airplane flying over my house! I heard a plane! I hadn't heard a plane flying over our home in years. It was winter the windows were closed the heater was running I heard it all. I tried on my hearing aids and had to pull the right one out. Way too loud! No morning after headache , no vertigo! No fluctuations, no attack no loss of hearing in my right ear since. My oral appliance had removed the pressure on my ears to the point that the right inner ear was function normally! The 25 year night mare was over! The lesson I learned was that I needed to be patient, be my own advocate and never give up.
