a “death spiral” is a thing eagles do where two of them will fly really far up, lock talons and then fall back to the ground, letting go just before the hit the ground so they can stop themselves from crashing. this is both used for mating and fighting about territory. I have made banana an eagle in this au entirely to take advantage of this act because i think it is very cool and it was stuck in my brain the other day real bad.
anyway, uh uh yea eagle banana cardinal bread.. i’m imagining banana just decided one day that they’re doing this and gave bread very little explanation about it. simply “Alright on my count you let go :D” before they start falling. And breads kinda scared out of his mind but banana seems happy and unbothered so he knows he’ll probably be fineee. big trust exercise for bread.

@poweruped hi hello my friend. BB and Banan human designs :D More below the cut also. They change like a lot because I dont like how often my friends mistake them for regular bnb and im tryna make the designs more distinct ToT
The first one there (bb with a cookie) is part of a little animation but the file is too big for me to send TvT.
Some headcanons about them as well, you didn't ask but I'm sharing anyways (a lot of this is based off conversations projectcord has had):
-Adopted children of BnB, in this 'au' or wtv they're like. Parents that probably should be divorced. and/or just not have children. They'd be terrible fathers.
-BB is older (since bread got him first 'canonically') and is a fairly gentle/well behaved, he doesn't like when people are mad at him and he doesn't want to get in trouble. Sweet little angel child or whatever. Meanwhile Banan is a little bit more of a trouble maker and highkey has anger issues. He's still a sweet kid but he feels like he needs to protect his big brother since BB is too soft to stand up for himself. Too much anger in his tiny little body and he feels like BB is the only person that like. Gets him. He HATES his parents i think. or atleast he hates them fighting all the time n stuff.
-BB's butter is just a pillow and it's like his lil comfort toy. He trades it off with Banan sometimes when he's trying to convince Banan that the world ISNT terrible and that their parents probably love them actually
I definitely had more thoughts about them but i like. forgot everything. You get the gist though look at them look at these sweet boys
Also my parents bought me the plushies for christmas and they went camping with me this weekend :D they sat in my hammock the whole day and had a great time i think. Have some photos.
maybe one day i’ll get good at calligraphy and be able to make the titles look good
i spent like a good hour rewriting the title over and over trying to get something i was happy with.. i usually do write it out a couple different times but every now and then it is a STRUGGLE. hadn’t been this bad since bravo six going dark.
speaking of the writing, there are some things i’m trying to write differently as bread than how i would do them by default. my handwriting is already shit so i can’t do that much to “disguise” it or wtv, but there are little things! obviously the red pen for notes instead of the pencil, first off. and then he also has a little loopy situation going on at the bottom of his ‘g’s (Saw he did that writing “vagina” in the pumpkins video and it’s stuck with me) and his ‘4’s are the little triangle shaped kind instead of the square ones i do by default! (Banana just gets whatever is most natural to me with a little bit of effort into making it look neat #lazy)
VERY small things obviously, might try and implement more if i find a nice instance for them.
i hope bread doesnt have anywhere to be anytime soon
uhgr ugh uhgh i hate them so much y'all ghrrr. them just all cozied up and banana half asleep wrapping all of his limbs around bread so he cant escape <3 and bread doesn't mind because banana's really warm and he's comfy so he just accepts his fate
a common theme with this project is that i’ll dislike how a page turns out and have to finish the next one before i start liking it. this happened with the episode journal too
no thoughts about the book itself this time but i gotta say, i love the observatory.. like a lot.. first off SO fucking cool that it’s functional, second off like. i just enjoy thinking about smp!bnb hanging out in there allll the time. i hope they have a lot of books about space in the library that they’ll read together while they point out consolations n shit. im a huge fan of banana “i love stars :3” “stars are pretty, you’re not” mate. they have “date nights” but it’s just banana nerding out about space and bread sitting there listening. maybe they just hang out in there some days, i think that it’d be a great reading spot.. bread reads while banana draws out redstone or something.. have i mentioned that i hope smp bnb spesificly die and blow up and die
Been a full year since the bnb brainworms proper took over my mind. we're still going strong. redraw of the start of my addiction.
it was not technically my FIRST ever time drawing them but its like the fifth and after this it snowballed very quickly after this. so its like the monumental one to me, i was super duper proud of it when i first drew it and it was my favorite drawing for a while so! Redrew it. :yahoo:
And in case anyone was wondering. my ACTUAL first bnb art. i was just trying to get their designs down and then i went back to foaming over the mouth about UU before i did any more than this
Note that this was only back in January of 2025. I forget how fast my art style changes oml. none of these look like they were drawn by the same person.
For some context fall and i have a crossover bit between two of our aus (my h/v and one of their aus that they havent mentioned yet for Reasons) and we call it play date and they're very cute and i love them :D Also h/v cnc are there. It's family movie night. Explodes them.
