Ethari’s Hair

So I was looking at this beautiful elven blacksmith and his messy messy hair and I realized something about it. I have had that exact haircut. Or rather, that’s what my hair looked like when i had a mohawk in late 2017/ early 2018. Sadly I have no pictures of said mohawk  and also my hair is curly so it just looked like a side shave most of the time. BUT I was trying to determine why the layers were so weird on top and I’m about 80% sure it’s because underneath that mop on the left, that side of his head is shorn too and our lovely tinker elf has a dang mohawk. And then I did a very quick doodle of him with his hair tied back.
