She was usually never this bold, but she thought it was now or never, she had to do it while she was feeling brave. Maybe there were better ways to tell him how she felt-- and better words to use, but she was never good at that sort of thing, so she spoke the only way she knew how, bluntly.

“ I tried wrapping gifts-- and I lost the tape and then the scissors and yeah. . .” Tink stood among the wreckage that was the Livingroom, a present bow stuck on top of her head, she looked stressed and upset in that moment. Alona had tried to help her but she sent her home when it became clear she was just going to put everything in bags instead. Blue eyes looked up at Herc “I’m sorry I wrecked the house...”

“My lord” Tink of house Valerian curtsied in greeting, a rather large book balanced in one arm. A book on all of the noble houses still in existence, as a lady of the court she was expected to know everything about all of them before securing a good match. “How are you this day?” Ever polite, the blonde smiled kindly at the man before her.

“What? Did she do them wrong?” Tink frowned when she found Bjorn’s eyes on her, her fingers instinctually going to the braids freshly finished in her hair. An older woman did them for her for the summer festival, she was wrapped in a mustard colored dress, intricate embroidery traced the sleeves, bust and hem of the dress, summer flowers sprawled in dark thread.

It was odd how little Tink missed Neverland these days, even with her memories back she still found she liked her Storybrook persona than her past. It wasn’t a glamorous life by any means-- she spent her days doing odd jobs around town and evenings at ‘The rabbit hole’ bar, tending and or waitressing, depending on the night itself. On this night she was bartending, she quite liked the fast pace, she had just closed out a tab when she turned to the next person “what can I get for you, love?”

“So we’re okay with marrying our siblings-- but a woman marrying a woman is where the faith draws the line?” Tink kept thumbing through her history book with mild annoyance, it was bad enough they had to spend time with the Septa studying, but now they also had to study outside of those horrid classes as well. She would much rather be doing anything else, at that moment she was reading about  Aegon the first and his two wives and the issues they had with the faith.

“I suppose if I’m the only girl you can con into being your arm candy I can find it in my heart to accompany you” Tink snorted, clearly teasing him as she looked up from her phone. Luckily she did have a formal dress that Aphrodite had made her purchase on one of their shopping trips “Besides-- it’ll be pretty great to see Ares roll his eyes into the back of his skull when he sees me.”

“So an arrow is all it really takes to make someone fall in love?” Tink asked, her chin resting on the table, watching as the arrows were sorted into the proper places, breaking her gaze to look back at the Goddess. The former fairy was use to arrows as weapons, she hadn’t thought they could do something as amazing as make people fall in love. The more she learned of the Gods, the more she wanted to know, ever eager to learn.
