Short: I think it would just be different based on the ghost!
Long: Okay tbh I can see Ember having both like, a normal bathroom bc she died fairly recently, or she bathes in fire bc its extra and she can. Both of these would - fairly - throw danny off bc all of his allies are kind of batshit/behind on the bathroom times. Like Pandora definitely has the communal baths hanging around, and Dora,, well. They are getting closer, technologically wise, but they’re still a bit off from modern plumbing. Clockwork? You never know whats going on at his place. Sometimes all he has is a bucket full of Future Bleach^tm that smells like sulfur and cupcakes and Danny doesn’t want to touch, other times there’s this,, furnace looking thing in the corner that Clockwork claims is actually a shower, but upon looking inside it has no recognizable shower-like qualities. There’s just as likely to be a normal bathroom at his place as there is to be The Blackout Room, where you walk into a doorway, blackout, and come back too as you’re walking out of it. It works? You’re completely clean and no longer have to go to the bathroom?? But who knows what happened between going in and out. You can’t even see inside the room from the outside.
