Coastal Living // Maui- I’ve followed Chef Sheldon Simeon’s career since he was on Top Chef, and I loved having the chance to work with him and eat his amazing food. He showed us around Maui, where we explored a few gorgeous farms and fish markets he sources ingredients from for Tin Roof (go as soon as you land in Kahului), and for his new restaurant Lineage, which is rooted in his Filipino family heritage as well as Hawaiian life. Big thanks to Sheldon and his lovely family and friends for showing us a good time.
