Quick Review: Etude House Tint My Brow Gel

Let's do this #KilayGoals craze! I am honestly not a makeup person and not really into beauty products but, one thing that's really a must for me are my eyebrows. Not that, I can't go out without doing it it's just that part of maturing, you want yourself to look presentable at all times. Right? 

I've honestly tried using eyebrow pencils and brushes that are a bit hard to master. I'm not really good at doing anything in accordance to the face so it's always a trial and error for me. But I'm pretty loyal to Etude house for I've been using their Drawing Eye Brow Pencil for years now and some of their masks, BB Cream, liner and cheek tint.

So, where did all this Etude House "tattoo-ish brow" hype started? It all started in the office when Kat started making kwento about this new thing from Etude. We've been wanting to try out eyebrow semi-permanent tattoo, but it's so expensive! Since she'd already ask Etude about the product's availability, to  our sawi moment it's not yet available in the Philippines.

After months of not talking about it and not noticing it, last week Kat told us that she has the Tint My Brow Gel and started using it over the weekend. It didn't quite go well with hers for some reason. So nice of her to let me try it last Friday! Last Friday, I posted one on facebook and tried it on my eyebrows for two hours. The color looks perfectly natural on me, I guess because of my hair color. So guys, make sure to choose the right shade for you.

Today, I decided to try it on again since it's already past three days since I had it on my eyebrows. But frankly, it's still good I mean my eyebrows still looked natural. Anyhow, let's take a look at the pre-prod, prod and post-prod of me applying the product.

Tint My Brows Gel after leaving it for four hours. It’s pretty easy to apply, for you just have to follow the stroke of your eyebrows and its shape. 

Peeling it in the bathroom because...

You have to wash it after peeling. Don’t get scared if it will come out green just like a tattoo, it’s normal and you’ll get rid of it after washing. 

Me, after washing it. You just have to take a photo without filter to show its real effect and color. HAHA. As you may have noticed, it looked pretty dark and black right? I’m using #3 Gray Brown in this review and it says in the other reviews that it will lighten up after a few days or maybe a few washing. So don’t fret. 

This is Etude House Tint My Brow Gel  #3 Gray Brown. You may choose from BROWN, LIGHT BROWN and GRAY BROWN. 

This photo was taken last Saturday, still wearing the tint and without any retouch or pencils touches. It looks great! I love it!
