12/27/23 - Ingram, TX - TINY CHURCH ON THE RIVER - We’re on the road again: headed to Tucson for two months of the Snowbird life. Feels a little different this time because for the first time in ten years, we’re leaving home behind instead of taking it with us. Didn’t go far the first day. Kind of like a shakedown cruise to make sure everything is working as it should and also, top of our batteries and water tanks before attempting to boon-dock all the way to Tucson. Seen pictured is a tiny church at the RV park where we are staying. A beautiful morning like this sets an optimistic tone for feeling good about being on the road again. We’ve definitely missed it.
