Stitchtober 2020- Day 1

We’re doing something a little different for the month of October. We saw two different Stitchtober prompts for this month, and went with the one that made the good brain wiggles. 

We will be creating a small pattern every day and then releasing them all at once at the end of the month.

Don't mind these nicely framed and pressed pieces that I put together for my siblings for the holidays

Stitchtober 2020- Day 2

For our first post and the list of prompts we are using head over to yesterday’s post. 

We’ve had a few of you ask- Are all of these going to come together in the end? In as much as they will all be 20 x 20 nature themes. They will not tie into a larger pattern. They do not turn into a larger piece. There is no overarching story to tell. We might not even use the same techniques on all of them, but only time will tell. They are just fun little things for us to focus our pixel art skills on, and shake out some dust.

If you would like to edit them into a larger pattern we fully endorse it, but you’ll have to go with your heart.  --- Here is the pattern for Day 2: Strawberry.

Stitchtober Day 31

We made it the entire way through! Thank you everyone who has gone on this journey with us. If you haven’t seen one of these posts yet, head on over to the first one to see what they’re about.

We’ll be heading back into our regular content starting in November.

Stitchtober Day 7

Hey, we’ve made it all the way to Day 7. A full week of tiny motifs. We’ve been super stoked to see the finished stitches people have been sending to us and posting around the internet.  If you’ve not seen a Stitchtober post before, click over here to see what we’re up to.

Today’s prompt is Meadow- Butterfly. It looks a little bit like our bee one from a few days ago, and that’s for sure on purpose.
