Wickedness in the Heavenly Places - a Negan/OFC/Simon one shot

Summary: Based off of a few different prompts that sparked something. 

Simon is obedient, he is loyal and trustworthy. He also desperately wants what Negan has in the form of the dangerous, smoking flame that is his newest fling, Haley. When they lose someone, all out war breaks between Haley and Simon as both deny their sexual attraction at the fear of the man with the barbed wire bat. 

When she finally confesses her deepest, darkest desires, will he relent to her needs and let her taste what she really shouldn't be tasting?

Warnings: Sex... uh... some plot. Tiny non-TV canon character death, D/s dynamics if you squint... bit rough maybe. I suck at these.
