From friends to lovers, Pack dynamics, future!fic. It's only 20k but it's a rather slow build up to actual Derek/Stiles. 

May Your Path Be the Sound (PG-13)

Derek/Stiles is only a VERY background relationship. The focus of this fic is Sheriff/Melissa and their respective relationship with their kid. It was lovely as fuck. (Check the POV: Outsider tag if you like)

Reason to Believe (Explicit)

Future!fic, Derek asks for Scott's pack's help after Peter disappears. Angsty, A+ writing.

So, Zombies

I don't know how you feel about those but I am a fan of zombie movies/books so it is likely that I will rec good fics featuring the zombie apocalypse, because... DUH. Zombies, dude. I mean -- ZOMBIES.

So if you're like me you should check ou this one. I'm not making a full normal rec post, cause it's a WIP and I'm not really sure where it's going yet and if I like where it's going, so I'm probably going to wait until the whole thing is out before reccing it.

BUT, it features an awesome Stiles (he uses a bat, just sayin') in a post-downfall of civilization world and it is rather gory and violent (read the tags too, there's some character death). It's probably going to be a slow SLOW build to a satisfaying relationship between Stiles and Derek (there is one "sexy timezz" scene, though, but it's not uh, conclusive?)

There's also a bit of magic (??) in there, I'm not really sure if I like that, but eh.

So yeah, just a heads up for you guys if you wanna give it a try?

Quick rec

So I started reading this WIP, by Nanoochka. It's well written, and I really like where it is going. It starts with Derek and Stiles being friends (like FRIENDS friends, yes!) and they slowly become lovers (they're so stupid they don't see it coming poor bbies).

Also it's hot.

“I don’t see why your relationship status should affect your ability to be happy about getting into a great school. You should be celebrating, not moping. Furthermore, the chances you’ll meet girls there are pretty good.” Derek paused for a moment, considering, and Stiles saw the awkwardness creep back into the tenseness of his shoulders. Oh shit. “Or guys.”

“I can't just tell you what to do.” Scott wrinkled his nose at the thought. He began going around the room, pulling out the spray and wipes to clean the table.

“On the contrary: I think you can. That way, when it inevitably fails, I can blame you.”

“Ha ha,” Scott smirked. “Have you ever thought of, um.” he bit his lip. “Um. Have you tried Allison?”

“Good idea, dude.” Stiles brightened. Allison would know what to do. She always had a clear, logical mind.

“Stiles, I need- just let me pet your face.”
