Okay so I'm trying to find this book I used to read a couple times when I was younger.
This is the stuff I remember from it. Plz help me figure out what book it was.
Blue drawings. It shows the beach and the tree against the window.
A girl and her mom
They go to a house near the beach, a short walk. When they go to the beach she picks up these small but pretty seashells. She meets another girl and they become friends. They make necklaces with the little seashells.
At the house there is a window in the girls room. Against the window is a tree and all the branches are pushing up against it. When she opens the window they all come in.( I think in the book she was like able to touch the beaches or leaves whatever )
She plays hide and seek with some other kids. She find a perfect spot under a big thing of leaves, a small area where she could crawl into and see the feet of the other kids as they looked for her.
The other couldn't find her and were annoyed, they didn't know the girl that well. They decided that theybwerent going to looks for her. The girl hiding had heard them and was sad. I think shebwas really sad cause the girl she was friends with went with them I think.
Plz help me figure out what book it was even what you think it might be.
