It's that time of year to get into your deeper food bins and look in the back of that one pantry shelf. Properly move along anything expired and rotate items closer to their due-by so that you use them up and replace your stores. I was cropping sweet potatoes in my pantry...Time to donate to the compost pile. We just had out first big winter storm in my area and I took the couple days at home to review some of what was at hand.
