What a lovely question! I'd probably ask him to get rid of the pair of trousers he's been wearing to concerts lately. I'd give him some water because he needs to stay hydrated, and maybe a multivitamin too. One of those neck pillows to bring for flights and stuff. And a hot towel, because everyone needs a hot towel. I'd tell him that he should know he is immensely loved by a lot of people, like he should know that always and forever there are people out there who love him so very, very much and appreciate and value everything he does and everything he puts into all his lyrics. I'd give him something for his sensitive skin because I noticed he had a little zit of his cheek during Rock en Seine and Reading. Then I'd send him on his way with a little kiss on his nose. x
Apparently I've surpassed the hopelessly in love and thirsty phase to actually becoming his mother.
alex's voice makes me feel so many things
In my mind, there is a direct symmetry between the bar being raised in the shows and this album, a direct correlation between the two points, aptly proportional [he chuckles at himself]. I'm drawing graphs now, I'm in a mathematical mood this morning.

Alex Turner: I did just get a set of drums the other week! It's a hobby of mine. Matt sings all over this album, and Nick, the bass player, does too. A lot of those high vocals are those two guys. Return of the Space Choir Boys!
