She thinks for a moment before hastily sketching stuff down, occasionally looking up at Soreas to give him another lookover. Afer a few minutes, she rips the paper out of the notepad and gives it to him.
“You were looking for something slightly ominous, yes? Armored, but not too much for it to be uncomfortable. Based on what I’ve seen other adventurers wear, I think you’d like something like this!
There’d be gold accents tying the entire thing together. I’d say the coat’s the main focus, and you could swap out the skirt for pants if you’d like those better. I’d keep the longboots, though. Plus, there’s a hood in case you want to hide your face for whatever reason!”
-- Soreas blinked in surprise as he took the paper, and he looked between the other lalafell and the paper, his expression pensive as he considered the possibilities.
This wasn’t his usual style, but this could work?
⟅⚔⟆ “I’d swap the skirt for certain, but the longboots are most certainly my cup of tea.” He looked at Nenela, a slightly embarrassed yet grateful look as he bowed deep to her.
“Thank you. I’m actually floored and honoured -- I’ll most certainly be giving this a try, and you have my most sincere gratitude. How much would I owe you? And have you ever considered making this your career?”
And then a thought came to mind. “I don’t suppose you’d be able to come up with something for a friend of mine? He’s an au ra, however... hmm, let me see if I can get this tome-linkpearl thing working...”
After a moment, Soreas managed to find a picture of the master -- a non-lewd one at that -- and turned the device towards the purple-haired lalafell so she could see.
“He’s a paladin, if you can believe it.”
