I’m at the vet with Keena (my first born) and the vet techs all greeted him and oohed and awed and asked him what happened to his eye (his sister may have scratched it) and I’m THIS close to tears bc this is such a lovely display of kindness and compassion (and also because I’m emotional but mostly bc he’s the best boy in the world and I’m so happy people love him and realize that).

We moved over a month ago and have 1 box left that I knew was full of things I didn’t want to deal with. Finally open the dreaded box, it’s full of all the little things I though for sure was lost and/or left behind. I don’t know what to do with myself, I’m so happy.
