This. This has ruined my life. I was 20 stone and happy. Losing weight has fucked me up in ways I'll never explain. And I'm left with this Saggy skin that feels like fat so I can't win. Never gonna feel pretty. Or attractive. Or anything. All I think about is how to get skinnier. I don't remember physically how 20 stone felt but i do remember feeling ill. And bonier than this. And it haunts me. One day would like to not hate the mirror . Worst part is, I'd tell somebody, anybody else there is so much more to life. That you're beautiful. To love yourself.
