We've been out testing a new set of Warp 9 wheels to see how they impact performance. We slipped on a Dunlop D606 in front and D908RR in the rear for the test - a proven tire combo for the desert. Recently, Dunlop started making the D908RR in sizes for big bikes like the KTM Adventure series, Tenere 700 or the Africa Twin. This is the first time we've had a chance to run these DOT knobbies on our KTM 990R test mule. These are some nice meats for ripping through deep sand, silt and loose rocky desert terrain.
